Ethical Recruitment 201 for Thai Suppliers to support the suppliers;
- Identify risks to business of NOT going beyond compliance, when it comes to recruitment.
- Understanding of Issara’s Ethical Recruitment Program and Tools that are available and applicable to source-side recruitment agencies, employers and destination side recruitment agencies
- Identify areas of cooperation with Issara and ILM Action Network members in order to address the risks, including down to the first mile of recruitment.
