Learning Objectives:
- Understand Issara’s Ethical Recruitment Program and Tools that are available and applicable to employers and recruitment agencies for recruitment of workers
- Identify areas of cooperation with Issara and ILM Action Network members in order to address the risks, including down to the first mile of recruitment.
Note: this training is suitable for those who have attended Ethical Recruitment 101 training organised by Issara and/or those who have knowledge on ethical recruitment.
