Line Supervisor Training for Thai Suppliers

Line supervisor training is conducted online with a two-hour duration. In the training, participants can discuss their knowledge and experience as line supervisors and the issues they face, and they will gain a better understanding of Issara’s program and how it operates. The training aims to improve Issara’s Worker Voice for both migrant workers and Thai supervisors/workers. Following the discussion, recommendations for collaboration and the next steps are provided.
